Collection: ✨️👜👕 Apparel and Accessories ✨️👜👕

why we started this collection:

We offer a wide ranged variety of repurposed, upcycled, handmade, sustainable & ethical pieces! The original idea came from a craft store who was urged by its higher-up counterparts to "throw away" unused bags, shirts, bandanas (ect) rather than to donate to nearby shelters!

Craft AND Clothing Retailers like Joanne fabrics, Michael's Craft Store, Walmart, JC Penny's and MANY others contribute to growing landfills and an excess of carbon emission output. The average fast fashion clothing companies can replicate a carbon footprint of OVER 18,000 people... and that's just one business.

"So.. what happens if the clothes are damaged or out of season?"

Well, you would ASSUME big corporations with BILLIONAIRE C.E.O.s wouldn't mind sparing a few dollars to donate to DV shelters OR homeless shelters.. But what if I told you Salvation Army Thrift stores contribute to this too? Instead of donating these clothes OR simply shredding them and donating them to low income crafters... They get sent to landfills. Do you want to know the "justification" for this?

.. Get ready for it!

The company would have to shell out "tens of thousands of dollars" in order to transfer these "undesirable clothes" to different shelters or organizations.  THEY are concerned about paying for trucks to deliver as well as the DEISEL it takes to fuel those trucks.. but they're not worried about the landfills that these clothes significantly impact!

I'd like to remind EVERYONE salvation army is a donation center.. however the company rakes in a lot of money without even paying 1% of it in taxes. 12 to 20% of profits each year benefit their organizations to keep people in "viable rehab centers".. despite many S.A. rehab center workers claiming they often go without pay and theres been several accusations around facilities..

But that doesnt stop there- The organization previously held fundraising events at Trump's Mar-a-Lago club but discontinued this practice in 2017 to avoid controversy. Ultimately- many organizers were exposed for being "pro trump" and "anti lgbtq".

Now let's talk about Walmart. Walmart (as a whole entity) makes $6.97 million per hour or $1.16 million per minute. The heir to the family (as well as the family) also supported the Trump.. as they thought it was "unfair and unrealistic" to get taxed more when they "provide so much". However they donated to his political campaign on multiple occasions AND have put investments in for several republican politicians.

Without mentioning any other company- both of those companies are worried about transporting clothes *based off money loss* when they make well over what most "millionaires" make.

"How are we helping?"

We decided to put our big brains together (just a leo, a cancer, capricorn AND an aquarius venting about litter and pollution) to get a scheduled map of when most companies do clean outside or restocks THEN made a seperate money pool back in August 2025 to begin a mission of repurposing/upcycling items to sell on multiple platforms (without making them crazy prices like depop resellers🤭)

We took the knowlege we had about plastic bag pollution and clothing in landfills to make a spreadsheet of WHEN these companies typically offer the lowest sales BEFORE transferring them to the actual dumpsite. Our best bet was combating the plastic bag issue by making reusable grocery bags that we durable enough to hold MANY LARGE and HEAVY items. BUT we had 2 issues..

1. "We have 0 experience in selling clothes.. how do we even market this.. who even wants repurposed shirts or tote grocery bags?"

and

2. "Okay we have more shirts than I thought.. what do we do, How are we even gonna do anything?"

Sitting on the problem for a week after our 2 first major sale purchases... we came up with a solution! I would do what I always do and find a way to make it witchy! Believe it or not, I think we all collectively have different views of "witchy".. so after some thinking we opted to have a "wine night" where we turned work into fun. Obviously we had different versions of "witchy" but we got some cute alien totes made, a few pink tie dyes and some solomonic ones! And for the ones we didnt sell.. we had no issue donating! (Btw... crazy WE had no issue but a multi billion dollar company did.) We then kept this up until... well... Now! We ended up making zodiac correlated canvas tote bags, solomonic tote bags, amulet bags, extraterrestrial looking bags and brought more friends in and then made a pact to not only DONATE what we couldnt sell, but donate some of what we made in the process. We made a goal to help shelters, the landfills, AND to stop the over usage of plastic bags.

We stumbled on 1 issue.... factories dont sell A LOT of shirts.. so we did what we did and made our little spreadsheet & viola... we were stuck with 200+ shirts... but even though it was a *yikes* moment, we found a wonderful older gentleman through ebay willing to sell VINTAGE heat press zodiac prints for tee shirts in a wholesale fashion... so... guess what we did? We made another money pool, supported a small business AND managed to sell SOME items. Though we try to keep donations in constant rotations for shelters and banks, we have a lot around for crafts.... with some already made! I have even learned how to work with heat press vinyl!- so this ENTIRE category is for those who want to eliminate plastic bags, support a few causes AND for them to look good while doing it.

Most pieces are handcrafted and we will always leave information on who made it or what's on it! Some were definitely made ritualistic like and I DID make one (and kept it) with a pentacle of jupiter for luck while grocery shopping *I like a good sale 🥰🥰* so all pieces are either ONE of ONE or handmade by me, my children, my friends, my sister, and so on! We do regularly rotate if they dont sell but id figure id keep it up here for those who want something witchy and authentic, something for a good cause or for those who just want to stop using plastic bags/fast fashion!!!! <3
